個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介 

陳磊,東南大學(xué)青年首席教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、副院長(zhǎng),國(guó)家級(jí)高層次人才、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃青年項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家、江蘇省杰青。陳磊教授于2014年在香港浸會(huì)大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位,2015年底赴美國(guó)Rutgers University從事博士后研究,于2022年受聘為東南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院教授。

代表研究工作包括建立了BMP信號(hào)通路調(diào)控腸道細(xì)胞分化的新機(jī)制,發(fā)現(xiàn)了決定腸吸收細(xì)胞系命運(yùn)的關(guān)鍵因子;揭示了腸道干細(xì)胞更新中的重要代謝調(diào)控新機(jī)制;發(fā)現(xiàn)了影響腸道發(fā)育的關(guān)鍵轉(zhuǎn)錄因子調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò);發(fā)現(xiàn)了腸損傷治療的新策略等。以第一作者或通訊作者在Nature Genetics、Cell Stem CellGastroenterology、Nature Communications等國(guó)際著名學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表文章18篇;并以共同作者在Genes & Development、PNAS、Cancer Research等發(fā)表文章17篇;因發(fā)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子HNF4與抑癌基因在腸道的前饋調(diào)控獲得Gallo Award for Outstanding Cancer Research,并獲得了Early-Career Investigator Fellowship Award。陳磊教授有著豐富的項(xiàng)目主持與參與經(jīng)驗(yàn),主持并完成了美國(guó)新澤西州癌癥研究委員會(huì)資助項(xiàng)目,現(xiàn)主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃青年科學(xué)家項(xiàng)目、江蘇省杰出青年項(xiàng)目、南京留學(xué)人員科技創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目擇優(yōu)資助等科研項(xiàng)目,參與了多項(xiàng)美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院R01科研項(xiàng)目、香港研究資助局項(xiàng)目、澳門(mén)科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展基金委研究項(xiàng)目。


研究方向 

        腸道干細(xì)胞是腸道損傷再生、腸癌等多種腸道疾病研究的焦點(diǎn)。課題組旨在建立類(lèi)器官 (臨床科研一體化)、藥物-腸菌-宿主細(xì)胞 (新藥研發(fā)產(chǎn)業(yè)化) 和表觀(guān)遺傳學(xué) (前沿基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究) 的科研平臺(tái),結(jié)合生物信息學(xué)、小鼠遺傳學(xué)、表觀(guān)遺傳學(xué)、代謝組學(xué)、類(lèi)器官體外培養(yǎng)和宏基因組學(xué)等,探索腸道穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)控的新機(jī)制,發(fā)現(xiàn)腸紊亂疾病治療的新靶點(diǎn)。
