個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

本科畢業(yè)于東南大學(xué),先后獲得中國(guó)科學(xué)院大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位和英屬哥倫比亞大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,得克薩斯大學(xué)MD安德森癌癥中心和新墨西哥大學(xué)AIM中心從事博士后研究,20239月加入東南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院,任副研究員。


研究方向

溶酶體損傷是一種在眾多疾病中常見(jiàn)的細(xì)胞病變,這些疾病包括病原體感染(例如新冠病毒感染)、老年性疾?。ū热缟窠?jīng)退行性疾病)、以及環(huán)境污染(包括PM2.5微粒)相關(guān)的疾病。細(xì)胞如何在內(nèi)外壓力和刺激下維持包括溶酶體在內(nèi)的內(nèi)部穩(wěn)態(tài)平衡是其最基礎(chǔ)和本質(zhì)的功能之一。本課題組旨在研究溶酶體在應(yīng)激壓力下與其他細(xì)胞器或細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)的聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制以及自噬在其中的作用。
