研究?jī)?nèi)容:長(zhǎng)期致力于神經(jīng)元和內(nèi)耳毛細(xì)胞的再生和保護(hù)以及神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞和內(nèi)耳干細(xì)胞的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控機(jī)制的研究。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:1.系統(tǒng)的研究了多種信號(hào)通路對(duì)于內(nèi)耳干細(xì)胞和神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞增殖和分化的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控機(jī)制;2.結(jié)合多基因協(xié)同調(diào)控,生物材料和電刺激,磁刺激等物理調(diào)控因素有效促進(jìn)神經(jīng)元和毛細(xì)胞的再生和聽覺功能的部分重建;3通過調(diào)控自噬,線粒體功能和氧化應(yīng)激有效的保護(hù)了噪音和藥物導(dǎo)致的毛細(xì)胞損傷和聽力損失。
