個人簡介:

2004-2008安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)生物科學(xué)學(xué)士,2009-2012特種經(jīng)濟(jì)動物學(xué)碩士,2012-2015西北工業(yè)大學(xué)和中科院分子植物科學(xué)卓越創(chuàng)新中心航空宇航科學(xué)與生物技術(shù)博士,2015-2022在美國加州大學(xué)河濱分校昆蟲系擔(dān)任博士后研究員和項(xiàng)目科學(xué)家。2022年受聘為東南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院教授。

 

研究方向:害蟲發(fā)育、生殖和行為的分子調(diào)控

蚊子傳播多種危險性疾病對人類構(gòu)成巨大威脅。昆蟲在生命的各階段表現(xiàn)出形態(tài)重組和行為改變,以適應(yīng)特定階段的發(fā)育功能和環(huán)境變化。成年雌性蚊蟲進(jìn)化出的吸血繁殖策略,不僅加大了種群的擴(kuò)散能力,使之成為全球性的入侵物種;也是叮咬人類、獲取和傳播病原體的根本原因和渠道。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室以基因組編輯技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),整合microRNA調(diào)控、信號通路交聯(lián)、激素互作、組織通訊、體內(nèi)蛋白質(zhì)精準(zhǔn)定位和生物組學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)的交叉研究方法,解析害蟲防控的分子靶標(biāo)和調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
