個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介:
陳楠楠,東南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。本科畢業(yè)于浙江大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院,博士畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)院生物物理研究所;之后于美國(guó)布蘭迪斯大學(xué)(Brandeis University)進(jìn)行博士后研究,2023年10月加入東南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院。
研究方向:
神經(jīng)傳遞是神經(jīng)元之間信息交流的核心機(jī)制;傳統(tǒng)觀點(diǎn)認(rèn)為神經(jīng)傳遞是單一且穩(wěn)定的,而神經(jīng)共傳遞(co-transmission)和神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)換(neurotransmitter switch)挑戰(zhàn)了這一觀點(diǎn);神經(jīng)傳遞的異常與多種神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病相關(guān)。本課題組以果蠅為主要研究模型,結(jié)合臨床數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用基因編輯、活體成像、行為檢測(cè)等多種技術(shù)手段,深入探討神經(jīng)共傳遞與神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)換的基本機(jī)制,并探索神經(jīng)傳遞異常在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病中的致病機(jī)理及其潛在治療策略。
