個人簡介:

本科畢業(yè)于南京理工大學(xué)(應(yīng)用物理學(xué)專業(yè)),博士畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)(生物信息學(xué)方向),期間在德國哥廷根大學(xué)訪學(xué)兩年。隨后于美國MD Anderson癌癥研究中心和哥倫比亞大學(xué)任博士后和副研究科學(xué)家。2024年入職東南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院,任上崗研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師,獲江蘇省特聘教授。


研究方向:

長期專注于遺傳學(xué)與生物信息學(xué)的交叉研究,開發(fā)干濕結(jié)合的新技術(shù),采用跨學(xué)科的方法解決遺傳學(xué)的關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題并獲得一系列代表性成果:1)表觀遺傳記憶在親本-子代細(xì)胞之間的傳遞機制及其在細(xì)胞表型方面的重要作用。2)遺傳突變在癌癥中的作用機制。采用系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)和多組學(xué)的方法揭示了癌癥相關(guān)突變在基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的擾動機制,發(fā)現(xiàn)非編碼區(qū)上的關(guān)鍵遺傳突變的作用。3)開發(fā)基于表觀遺傳學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)的癌癥無創(chuàng)診斷新技術(shù)。已在NatureMolecular CellScience Advances、Nature communications、Cancer Discovery等高水平期刊發(fā)表論文20余篇,研究成果在NatureCell等著名期刊上被丹麥科學(xué)院院士、歐洲科學(xué)院院士等多次引用。
