本科畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院(理學(xué)學(xué)士),碩士、博士分別畢業(yè)于加拿大McMaster University (麥克馬斯特大學(xué)) 生物系、南京大學(xué)醫(yī)藥生物技術(shù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。2004年8月開始任職于東南大學(xué)。期間2013-2014年赴美國(guó)賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)(University of Pennsylvania, UPenn) 醫(yī)學(xué)院細(xì)胞與發(fā)育生物學(xué)系進(jìn)行合作研究,2020-2021年由國(guó)家留基委(CSC)-McMaster University Joint Fellowship資助在加拿大McMaster University生物系訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。
擔(dān)任Appl. Microbiol. Biotech., Curr. Pharm. Biotech., Mol. Plant-Microbe Interact., Int. J. Mol. Sci., Macromol.,Arch. Microbiol.等SCI期刊審稿專家;中國(guó)微生物學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員,東南大學(xué)歐美同學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員。
從事群體感應(yīng)介導(dǎo)的微生物次生代謝調(diào)控研究包括抗藥性。近年發(fā)表期刊論文20多篇,其中10多篇SCI索引源文章,一作和通訊作者發(fā)文總IF> 100???span style="font-size:16px;line-height:1.75em;font-family:"times new roman";">BMC Immunol. (2017) 文章被Web of Science 列為高被引論文,迄今它引499次。
承擔(dān)多項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)/省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目,主持江蘇省自然科學(xué)面上項(xiàng)目、產(chǎn)學(xué)研項(xiàng)目以及參與國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃海洋專項(xiàng),等。
主講《生物制藥》(全英文)、《代謝調(diào)控原理與應(yīng)用》等專業(yè)主干課。
