個人簡介:
本科畢業(yè)于安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(生物技術(shù)),碩士畢業(yè)于東南大學(遺傳學),博士畢業(yè)于北京師范大學(細胞生物學),隨后于美國南加州大學接受博士后訓練。2018 年入職東南大學生命科學與技術(shù)學院。
研究方向:突觸結(jié)構(gòu)與功能,及其與疾病的關(guān)聯(lián)
神經(jīng)元之間通過突觸相互聯(lián)結(jié)來傳遞信息。解析突觸蛋白在突觸中的組織架構(gòu)、以及在神經(jīng)活動過程中的動態(tài)特性,是解密大腦奧秘的一個關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。神經(jīng)活動調(diào)節(jié)突觸局部蛋白質(zhì)合成、組裝,誘導突觸蛋白修飾,從而調(diào)控突觸功能并使神經(jīng)回路對外界刺激產(chǎn)生動態(tài)響應(yīng)。我們主要運用遺傳學,生物化學與分子生物學,細胞生物學和電子顯微鏡等方法與手段,通過對突觸內(nèi)蛋白質(zhì)的修飾調(diào)控,蛋白質(zhì)機器的組裝,以及突觸結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的研究,揭示神經(jīng)活動對突觸發(fā)育和可塑性的調(diào)控機理,為神經(jīng)可塑性相關(guān)疾病的預防和治療提供理論依據(jù)。
